
Q: Do you offer a standard basket with the same types of clothes and accessories in each?
A: No, we currently do not offer standard baskets. Each gift basket is assembled using the current season’s clothing and decorative flowers. Since these things change quickly, we like to reflect that in our product offering. Also, we want to present our customers with a variety of clothing and color options to choose from so that each basket is unique. Since each basket is created by hand, there may be slight differences between the picture and the actual basket.
Q: Do you use a specific brand of clothing?
A: We use several popular brand-name store labels known for their style and quality. We have no affiliations to these companies, so we have not listed them on our site.
Q: How do I remove the clothing from the basket?
A: You can gently pull it out of the arrangement. Once you remove the elastic, it will unfold easily. However, since the clothing and flowers do overlap, if one thing is removed, it is possible the remaining contents will be disturbed.
Q: Will the basket arrangement stay in place during shipping?
A: Yes, the arrangement will arrive in perfect condition. The clothes and flowers are anchored by elastic cords and tissue paper. Each arrangement is then wrapped in cellophane and packaged so it will not shift during transit.
Q: When will my order ship after it has been placed?
A: For in-stock items, the order will be packaged and shipped out 2 days after confirmation. Certain items are available for next day delivery for an additional fee. Please contact customer service for more details.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We are happy to accommodate you to the best of our ability but we cannot guarantee shipments to all international destinations. Please contact customer service with a more detailed request. |
