SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail. All in-stock items will ship out 2 business days after confirmation. We will contact you about the shipping status on all other items.

Shipping rates for the lower 48 states are as follows:
$1 - $39.99 = $8.95
$40 - $64.99 = $11.95
$65 - $99.99 = $14.95
$100 + over = $18.95

We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, shipping address must be a valid street address.
To ship to Alaska or Hawaii, please add an additional $20.

TAX
All orders, except for strictly clothing only, will be subject to a 7% New Jersey Sales Tax.

GIFT WRAP
All orders are shipped in gift-ready condition with your personalized message, at no extra cost. They will be packaged in boxes or wrapped in cellophane, as appropriate.

RETURN POLICY
Every item has been fully inspected to guarantee the highest quality and to be defect-free. If there is a problem with an item received, please contact us at info@giftsbychrisandro.com and we will resolve the issue immediately.
If you have purchased an item for yourself and are not fully satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days at your expense for a full refund, minus shipping charges. If you have received an item as a gift and are dissatisfied, we will be happy to assist you in an exchange. Please contact us for authorization before returning any merchandise. We cannot process any refunds or exchanges without prior authorization. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Sales on custom orders are final, no returns or exchanges will be made.
